Dr. Petronel Bigioi is CTO for Imaging at XPERI Corporation. In this role, he leads a 100+-person engineering team developing computer vision and image processing solutions to address various problems in digital still cameras, mobile phones and other related markets. XPERI imaging technology (marketed under the FotoNation brand) is used in more than 3.6 billion imaging devices worldwide.
