Mr. Frazer has extensive product and business development experience with complex video & data products and services. His career includes work with systems integrators designing and fielding large video networks for federal, civil, and commercial programs. His prior work with municipal and federal public safety projects has given him keen insights into the challenges of specifying and deploying emerging technologies over top legacy data networks. Mr. Frazer holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
