Judd Heape

As VP of Product Management for Camera, Computer Vision and Video Technology at Qualcomm Technologies. Inc., Judd Heape is responsible for roadmaps of these technologies across all Qualcomm businesses. Judd has nearly 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, starting in design engineering and later moving to product management. Prior to Qualcomm, he held positions at Texas Instruments, Altera and Apical Imaging (acquired by ARM in 2016). At Apical Imaging, Judd held VP positions for Engineering and Product Applications, which led to the licensing of Apical’s imaging and computer vision IP to seven of the top-10 semiconductor companies, including Qualcomm. Judd has worked in expatriate assignments in the UK and Japan, has five issued U.S. patents and has authored one world-wide JEDEC standard. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
