Ahmed Sadek is Senior Director of Engineering, leading Qualcomm autonomous driving systems R&D and AI teams. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland College Park in 2007 and joined Qualcomm in the same year as a senior engineer. He received the Qualcomm Research prestigious Distinguished Technical Contributor award. He has 50+ publications in international journals and conferences, 120+ US granted patents and 7000+citations with an h-Index of 37. He is co-author of Cooperative Communications and Networking (Cambridge University Press, 2008). Ahmed is an IEEE Senior member.
