Judd Heape

Judd Heape is VP of Product Management for Camera, Computer Vision and Video Technology at Qualcomm Technologies. Inc. Judd is responsible for roadmaps of these technologies across all Qualcomm businesses. Judd has nearly 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, starting in design engineering and later moving to product management. Prior to Qualcomm, he held positions at Texas Instruments, Altera and Apical Imaging (acquired by ARM in 2016). At Apical Imaging, Judd held VP positions for Engineering and Product Applications, which led to the licensing of Apical’s imaging and computer vision IP to seven of the top-10 semiconductor companies, including Qualcomm. Judd has worked on expatriate assignments in the UK and Japan, has five issued U.S. patents and has authored one worldwide JEDEC standard. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
