Kristof Denolf is a Principal Engineer at AMD where he works on video processing and computer vision applications to shape future AMD devices. He earned a M.Eng. in electronics from the Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende (now part of KU Leuven), a M.Sc. in electronic system design from Leeds Beckett University and a Ph.D. from the Technical University Eindhoven. He has over 20 years of combined research and industry experience at IMEC, Philips, Barco, Apple and Xilinx. His main research interests are all aspects of the cost-efficient design of video, vision and graphics systems.
