Jay Goldberg

Jay Goldberg is CEO and founder of D2D Advisory, a strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of technology and finance. D2D provides strategic advisory, capital raising, financial planning and M&A planning. Previously, Jay was Senior Director of Strategy at Qualcomm and Senior Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Peregrine Semiconductor. In these roles he provided strategic guidance as the companies entered new markets, and led partnering, ecosystem building and fundraising activities. Prior to Peregrine, he was Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Deutsche Bank. He has participated in over 20 IPOs, ultimately writing a book on the subject. Jay has helped companies raise over $1 billion in capital. He lived in China for over ten years and has deep ties to the electronics industry in Asia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from UC Berkeley.
