Xin Zhong

Xin Zhong is the Computer Vision Product Manager at Qualcomm Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a diverse background in engineering, product management and finance. During his 15+ years at Qualcomm, Xin has worked on projects in computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computational photography, graphics and speech. He has a record of solving customer problems via innovation, driving technical advancements on many fronts. Xin was Founder and CEO of 12 Sigma Technologies, a pioneering medical imaging AI company that was named one of the 50 Smartest Companies in 2019 by MIT Technology Review. He also served as Director of Technology Planning at Xiaomi, with responsibility for industry partnerships and technology sourcing. Xin received a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
