Xiong Chang is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tensorfield Agriculture, developing autonomous agricultural robots for US vegetable farms. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cambridge and worked on Lean Six Sigma process optimization at GE’s Gas Turbine Inlet Systems division. He later joined Barclays Investment Bank, managing global software engineering teams as an Agile Product Owner. Xiong’s experience spans manufacturing, finance and robotics start-ups. At Tensorfield, he leads the development of machines that replace hand-weeding and herbicides using targeted applications of superheated vegetable oil.
