Kishor Taywade is the Chief Technology Officer at Zippedi, where he leads both product strategy and engineering for autonomous robots and embedded vision systems designed to digitize physical retail environments. With more than two decades of experience in computer vision, robotics and product development, he has driven innovation across retail and embedded technology domains. Prior to Zippedi, Kishor was the Co-Founder and CEO of Hyper Cognition, an AI start-up applying deep learning and computer vision to in-store behavior analytics. Earlier, as VP of Product Management at Vadaro, he led the development of vision-based retail analytics platforms and one of the industry’s first time-of-flight smart cameras. Before that, he spent over a decade at Texas Instruments, driving innovation on the OMAP platform across mobile, automotive and emerging embedded markets.
