Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that things happen...

To give you some peace of mind on your investment, you have a couple of options to choose from if you decide not to attend the Summit. You may:

Option one: Cancel your participation in the 2025 Embedded Vision Summit by May 2, 2025, and receive a 100% refund.

Option two: Transfer your 2025 Embedded Vision Summit registration to someone else within your company. Transfers must be requested by May 18, 2025.
